In 2010 the $100M+ Medica, Hurstville (now known as Waratah Private Hospital) officially opened. DSC provided Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire and Vertical Transportation Services on this project.

Building on this experience, DSC continues to service private healthcare providers delivering ophthalmic surgeries and specialist procedural clinics, along with private hospitals. These developments are complex in nature and all incorporate multiple operating theatres for differing procedures.

More recently DSC has delivered documentation for the extension of Pittwater Health Services Clinic East Sydney Day Hospital and the Virtus IVF Hospital, Alexandria.
