Our Team

Bob has been in the industry for over 35+ years becoming DSC’s Electrical Director in 2015. He is an integral part of the marketing team in addition to being responsible for programming and managing the office workload and co-ordinating the various engineering disciplines.

A time served electrician Bob has extensive installation and design experience, benefiting from a practical understanding of fit within buildings and minimising the impact of the services with sympathetic integration.

Outside the office Bob is first and foremost a family man who enjoys working on home projects with his 2 sons, collecting wine, attending concerts, walking his dogs and driving his 1988 MK1 Supercharger Toyota MR2.

Jeremy joined DSC in 1998 as an Engineer and was promoted to Mechanical Associate Director for 9 years until he became a Principal in 2020 and Director in 2024. He is an integral part of the management team, with responsibilities in all aspects of the Mechanical discipline as well as internal project management.

With a focus on client satisfaction, Jeremy takes a proactive and collaborative approach into every project. He prides himself on delivering intelligent services solutions and high quality documentation.

Jeremy believes in a healthy balance between work and family, and is always looking ahead to the next family 4WD adventure with his wife and three girls.

Robert joined DSC in 1999 as the Mechanical Director bringing significant experience through working in the UK, Saudi Arabia and Australia. In a career of some 40 years, he now focuses on the continual improvement of the business and manages the firm’s information technology and finances.

Robert challenges his mechanical team to develop solutions that strike the appropriate balance between innovation, sustainability and practicality, also recognising clients long term ownership expectations of reliability, maintainability and cost effectiveness.

Outside the office Robert enjoys time with his family and continues to develop horsemanship skills with his two Australian Stock Horses.
