DSC has been involved in a number of large scale mixed use projects. Frasers Property – Edmondson Park being one recent example. This is a 6 Star Green Communities development which involves 2 specific design teams delivering separate project components.

The first of three residential precincts (P1) provides 324 townhouses and hybrid residences achieving a 5 Star Green Star Rating.

The town Centre delivers Frasers Property vision for an authentic Town entre experience with 900+ apartments over multiple towers, a hotel tavern, cinema complex, community centre, childcare centre and 2 retail malls incorporating 100 specialty retail outlets and three major retailers, all supported by 2 levels of basement car parking.

As part of the commitment to a 6 Star Green Star Rating, the Town Centre will deliver 1.2 megawatts of photovoltaics in stage one alone.
