A state of the art Performing Arts Centre, incorporating a 700 seat performance space and a smaller 160 seat theatre, both of which are supported by music, dance and drama teaching studios and a café.

The existing site constraints and variety of building forms necessary to satisfy the required functionality resulted in a complex mix of services solutions configured to accommodate the varying usage patterns.
